Why do I need an RSVP service?  
Can't I save money by managing my guest list myself?

No! This is one of the few times in life where you will save money by NOT doing it yourself! On a medium-sized wedding of 100 invitations, we save our brides anywhere from $700 to $1,000 that they would have to spend if they did the work themselves.

How should I make up my guestlist for you?

Your guestlist must be one complete list, in alphabetical order, with first names and phone numbers example. If you've requested that we we restrict the number of guests who can attend your wedding, you must be sure to name everyone who will be permitted to attend on each invitation. If you are permitting a guest to bring a guest that isn't known to you, you can just add the word "guest". You can send your list as an Excel or Word attachment to RSVP@RSVP-etc.com. We even provide templates, to make it easy! Please note: We will NOT argue with anyone who calls to respond to your wedding. If a guest tries to respond for someone not named on your list, we will warn them that we cannot accommodate additional guests, but if they insist that they were permitted to add extra people, we record the reponse as given, and it is then up to someone from the wedding party to notify them that additional guests are not permitted. **Do NOT give out your private code**. Without your private code, no one can respond to your wedding. If a guest has your private code, we must assume that you have given them the code, and we will accept their RSVP whether they are on your list or not.

When is your fee due?

A $25.00 deposit is all you need to reserve your date! It can be paid by credit card on our secure server here. Our fee is not due until you send us your guest-list. You can pay by personal check or money order,or you may pay by credit card here...whichever is most convenient for you.

How long before my wedding should I set my RSVP date?

Your RSVP date should be 3-4 weeks before the wedding date. Please choose your date carefully. We will not be able to change your date once it has been reserved for you. NOTE: If we make any special arrangements with you regarding your RSVP date, it MUST be documented in writing. Our services are provided ONLY as described on this website. If you have a specific request that is not addressed on our website, it must be made in writing, and it must be acknowledged and agreed to in writing by someone on our staff.

How do I put your information on my invitations?

Just have your printer put BOTH our website address and toll-fee number on the lower left-hand corner of your invitations. Or, if you prefer, you can order response cards , and put the information on them. example

When do I get the toll-free number to put on my invitations?*

As soon as we receive your sign-up form and deposit*, we will send you a Confirmation Letter with the web address, phone number, and your private Event Code. The Confirmation Letter will also give you instructions you'll need to read in order to use our service. These instructions MUST be read when you receive the Confirmation Letter.

How often can I get an updated count on my guests?

You can check your guestlist online whenever you like! You won't have to wait for us send your updates by email, or wait for us to call you with your count.

Can I add additional names to my guest list ?

No problem. Many brides today have A and B guest lists. Just send the additional names to us in an email. They won't be posted online once the original list has been put into the database, but we will have them on the main list in the office.

What additional information will you give my guests?

Anything you'd like! Dress code...registry...hotel information. Whatever you'd like, we'll take care of it for NO extra charge. Guests that respond online will be able to view your personal webpage that gives all your wedding details....including links to your bridal registry. example If you have a private wedding page, we will be happy to provide a link from our site to yours, but it is extremely important that your guests respond on our website and by our toll-free number ONLY. Please DO NOT allow any RSVP forms on your personal site.

Do you have any refrences that I can check?

We know how you feel! There are many new RSVP Services out there who have only been around for a few weeks or months...and there are others that claim to offer "live" service but don't...just try calling them in the evening and you'll see! If you notice, many of our pages have testimonials from our past brides. All of these testimonials have active email links and you can send them a note to find out what they have to say about us! If you need more, just give us a call. We've been helping brides for 16 years, and we have plenty of refrences we'll be glad to give you! Our past brides are our BEST advertisers!

                 How far ahead should I reserve your services?

In order to give our brides the absolute best possible service, we only accept a limited number of weddings per month. Since we are the only RSVP service available who offers what we do, we fill up VERY quickly. Many of our 2007 dates are already filled. You only need the $25 deposit to hold your date, but it's best to call ahead and check availability BEFORE you fill out the online form...especially if your wedding is in August or October. Just give us a quick call at 1-888-282-0427, and we'll be glad to check availability for you.

What if I've already ordered my invitations?
Can I still use your services?

You sure can! You can just get plain blank RSVP cards to match your invitation color and either print them on your computer, or take them to a print store like Kinko's. The blank RSVP cards can be purchased for a nominal cost at any office supply store.

obtain their response.

been provided with a correctly formatted guestlist and/or our fee has not been paid.
