How
do I set up my guestlist ?
Your guest list MUST be ONE complete list in alphabetical order by
last name...include the first names of the guests on each invitation...followed
by the HOME phone number.
Please
do not include anything else on the list you send us.
List the NAMES of your guests, NOT Mr. and Mrs. John Smith.*
example: Smith, John & Mary 606-123-4567
Williams, David & Judy &
Todd 812-123-4568
Zane, James and Melissa
Jones 312-345-7868
NOTE: If you do not know the name of the date/escort one of your guests
will be bringing, simply list them as "guest" (you may use "guest"
as many times as needed on the invitation).
Please
be aware that your guest may not list the actual name of that guest when
they respond.
You can send your list as either a Word, or an Excel file. For your convenience,
we have provided templates here.
One person must respond for the entire
invitation...if they cannot, the remaining guest(s) will be added as a separate
invitation and will be counted toward your totals.
NOTE: We will not do call-backs for this type of "new"
invitation.
If you are sending an invitation to a group (church or business),
all names must be listed (10 max.) and one person must rsvp for ALL
persons in the group.
Limit 1 group invitation per guestlist.
We do NOT provide call-backs to group invitations.
TIP: Don't include
members of the Wedding Party, or your Parent's on your list. Tell them NOT
to rsvp, you already know that they will be attending, and there's no sense
paying us to tell you that!
It is extremely important that we receive your guestlist
before your guests start responding.
Please be sure you send us your list BEFORE you mail your invitations.
*
* If 10 or more responses come in BEFORE we receive your guestlist, there
will be an additional $25 charge.* *
We are not responsible for NOL's or meal choices that are missed because
a guest responds before we have your guestlist.
* We will not
provide callbacks to any invitation listed only as "Mr. and Mrs. xxxxx.
Guests think that we're telephone solicitors, and hang up.
