Why can't I enter my Update Page?

If you find that you are unable to enter your Update Page, please check for one of the following causes:

1. Are you using the correct password? Your password was sent to you in your Welcome Letter, along with the phone number for your invitations. If you have lost your Welcome Letter, just send us an email and we'll be happy to send it to you immediately.

2. Have you activated your account? You MUST RESPOND to the letter we sent to you when you submitted your guestlist. If you have not followed the directions in the letter, you will need to do so before your account can be activated.

3. Has the computer frozen your account because you owe a fee? Your fee is due along with your guestlist. Please check the number of invitations on your Update Page to make sure that you have not gone into the next pricing category, or owe a fee for adding more than five new invitations.
It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your invitations. We do NOT send out reminders, or bills when a fee is due.
