
How do I add invitations/guests or
phone no's to my guestlist ?
Please make sure your guestlist is complete BEFORE
you send it to us. We can only enter your list into the database ONE time.
Once your list has been entered online, names cannot be deleted, and it
is no longer possible for additions to be listed in alphabetical order.
This means a name could easily be overlooked when your guest calls in to
rsvp, and could result in your guest being marked as NOL.
Please send us your COMPLETE list in the beginning.
Because
of the high incidence of viruses, we can only accept ONE email with an attachment
from each account.
**If you find that you need to send additions to your list, just
send the names and/or no's in a straight email (not
as an attachment), in alphabetical order by last name, to rsvp@RSVP-etc.com.**
We will add up to
5 additional invitations without charge. There will be a $25 charge for
more than 5 additions. Additions
will not be made until the additional charge is paid. If the
additions take you into the next pricing category, you will only be charged
the "new category charge".
Under no circumstances will we add more than 10 additional
invitations once your list has been entered in the database.
Please watch the number of invitations on your list. If the number of invitations
exceeds the category limit you have paid for, you will be charged the difference
between what you have paid and the next category fee which is $50.
It is your responsibility
to watch the number of invitations on your list and take care of any additional
fees.
We're sorry, but we cannot make repeated changes to your guestlist once
it has been entered in the database. If you find that you need to add a
guest to an invitation, just send the additional name(s) in and email and
we'll take care of them. Once your list has been entered in the database,
additions to invitations will be limited to 5.
