How do I add your information to my invitations?
It is easiest and least expensive to have our information added to the lower
left hand corner of your invitations. If there is no room, or if you prefer
to purchase the additional inserts with your invitations, our contact information
can be added to an insert card.
We have provided you with samples here.
Please
be sure to check your invitations carefully when they come back from the
printer. Some of the lighter colored inks will not show the hyphen (-) in
"RSVP-etc" properly. Please bring this to the attention of your
printer when placing your order if you are using a light colored ink on
your invitation.
Your
invitations MUST include the correct RSVP date, our web address, and the
toll-free number you were assigned.
We're sorry, but any bride who allows incorrect or incomplete contact information
to be given to their guests will be charged an extra $50 in order to minimize
the extra costs we will incur.
Please check your invitations carefully !
PLEASE NOTE:
It
is extremely important that your guests be given a sufficient amount of
time to respond to their invitations !
Proper etiquette dictates that guests be given a month to respond to a wedding
invitation...which means that your invitations
should be mailed out one month before your RSVP date. Although
times are a bit more lenient today, this is one rule that should be adhered
to as closely as possible. Many guests are deeply offended if not given
the proper amount of time to respond to an invitaiton...mainly because it
appears that they were invited as a "back-up guest".
While most guests won't notice if you mail your invitations @ 3 weeks before
your RSVP date, it is considered very rude (and reflects poorly on the bride)
to give your guests less than 3 weeks to respond. We don't insist that you
follow the "one month" rule to the letter, but we will not make
callbacks to any guest who is added to your list, or does not receive his/her
invitation less than 2 weeks before the RSVP date.
