Your guest list must be ONE complete printed list in alphabetical order, followed by the home phone number.
Please note: Only HOME phone numbers will be called during callbacks.

List the FULL names of your guests, NOT Mr. and Mrs. John Smith.
Add NO other information to your list.

examples:
married couple:
Smith, John, Mary   606-123-4567

married couple and children:
             Thomas, David, Judy, Todd, Tina   812-123-4539

unmaried couple:
Williams, Robert, Mary Smith   513-224-1536

unknown guest name:
Zakers, Jason, guest   233-2645-7866

If you are sending an invitation to a group, all names must be listed (10 max.), and one person must respond for the entire group.
Limit 1 group invitation per guestlist.
We do NOT provide call-backs to group invitations.

Be sure to name EVERYONE who is included on your invitation.
( if you don't know the name of a date/escort, just add "guest")

To send your list in Excel,
we have provided you with a pre- formatted spreadsheet.

Once you have your guestlist ready, send it as an email
attachment to:
